Autorisez-vous \u00e0 adopter une respiration \u00e0 la fois calme, lente, mais rythm\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Apr\u00e8s quelques cycles de respirations calmes, amenez votre attention \u00e0 votre gorge. <\/strong>Tout en gardant une respiration nasale, imaginez, ou sentez que l\u2019air transite au niveau de la gorge, et non du nez.<\/li><li><strong>Tandis que votre respiration ralentit et devient plus profonde, contractez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre glotte.<\/strong> Cela donne un doux sifflement, semblable au bruit des vagues s\u2019\u00e9chouant sur une plage, ou aux respirations d\u2019un b\u00e9b\u00e9. Point d\u2019importance : vous seul devez entendre les respirations. Elles ne doivent pas \u00eatre audibles pour les personnes alentour.\u00a0<\/li><li>Si l\u2019\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e correctement, vous devriez sentir une contraction l\u00e9g\u00e8re et spontan\u00e9e de votre abdomen.<\/li><li><strong>Si vous \u00eates d\u00e9butant, r\u00e9p\u00e9tez les cycles \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9tape 6 pour 10 longues respirations.<\/strong> Pour des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices plus importants, augmentez graduellement la dur\u00e9e de chaque cycle de respirations graduellement : de 20 secondes \u00e0 25 secondes, puis de 25 \u00e0 30 secondes, etc. <\/li><li>Les d\u00e9butants peuvent faire cet exercice durant 5 minutes.
