Rarement abord\u00e9s dans les cours de yoga pour d\u00e9butants, ils sont pourtant importants dans le cadre d&rsquo;une pratique du <a  href=\"https:\/\/meozen.com\/fr\/yoga\/\">yoga<\/a> et des pranayamas. D\u00e9couvrez quels sont les principaux bandhas et comment bien les pratiquer.\n\n<h2>D\u00e9finition et origine des bandhas<\/h2>\n\nLe terme sanskrit \u00ab <strong>bandha<\/strong> \u00bb signifie \u00ab verrouiller \u00bb, \u00ab tenir \u00bb ou \u00ab resserrer \u00bb.\nTraditionnellement consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des mudras, les bandhas, au nombre de quatre, ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans une cat\u00e9gorie \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. En effet, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence des mudras, ils n&rsquo;impliquent pas de mouvements de doigts, mais des contractions sur des points sp\u00e9cifiques du corps. Leur pratique est n\u00e9anmoins combin\u00e9e avec les<strong> mudras <\/strong>et les <strong> pranayamas<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\n<br>\n<br>\nEn terme yogi, les bandhas visent \u00e0 verrouiller les \u00e9nergies (pranas) dans des zones particuli\u00e8res et \u00e0 rediriger leur flux dans la voie psychique centrale (sushumna nadi) \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;\u00e9veil spirituel.\u00a0\n\n<h2> Comment pratiquer les bandhas ? <\/h2>\nPhysiquement, les bandhas se traduisent par une <strong>activation musculaire consciente<\/strong>. Ils sont rythm\u00e9s par des cycles<strong> de contractions et de rel\u00e2chements.<\/strong>\u00a0\n<br>\n<br>\nIls peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9s allong\u00e9, assis, debout et pendant la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une asana, d\u2019un mudra ou d\u2019un <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/meozen.com\/fr\/yoga\/pranayama\/\"   title=\"pranayama\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">pranayama<\/a>. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une fois ma\u00eetris\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils peuvent \u00eatre incorpor\u00e9s aux mudras et aux pranayamas.\u00a0\n\nCombin\u00e9s entre eux, ils r\u00e9veillent des facult\u00e9s psychiques et forment un compl\u00e9ment aux asanas.\n\n<h2>Les 4 principaux bandhas<\/h2>\nIl existe quatre bandhas :\u00a0\n<h3>Jalandhara, le bandha de la gorge<\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1131\" style=\"border-radius: 30px;\" src=\"https:\/\/meozen.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/jalandhara-bandha-meozen.jpg\" alt=\"Femme pratiquant le jalandhara bandha\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<strong>Pratique :<\/strong> Assis en <strong> padmasana<\/strong> ou <strong>siddha yoni asana<\/strong> avec la t\u00eate et la colonne vert\u00e9brale droite. Les genoux doivent \u00eatre en contact avec le sol. La paume des mains est plac\u00e9e sur les genoux. Les yeux ferm\u00e9s et le corps d\u00e9tendu. Inspirez lentement et profond\u00e9ment, puis conservez l&rsquo;air. Tout en retenant votre souffle, penchez la t\u00eate vers l&rsquo;avant et appuyez fermement le menton contre la poitrine. Redressez les bras en appuyant vos mains sur les genoux et courbez les \u00e9paules vers l&rsquo;avant. Restez dans cette position quelques secondes. Enfin, d\u00e9tendez les \u00e9paules, pliez les bras et rel\u00e2chez la pression. Levez la t\u00eate puis expirez. Vous pouvez le pratiquer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cinq fois, et augmenter le temps de r\u00e9tention du souffle au fur et \u00e0 mesure.\n<br>\n<br>\n\n<strong>B\u00e9n\u00e9fices :<\/strong> Relaxation mentale, soulage le stress, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la col\u00e8re. Pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation. Le stimulus sur la gorge aide \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer la fonction thyro\u00efdienne et \u00e0 r\u00e9guler le m\u00e9tabolisme.\n<br>\n<br>\n\n<strong>Contre-indications :<\/strong> Ne pas pratiquer pour les personnes souffrant d&rsquo;hypertension, de vertiges ou de maladies cardiaques.\n<br>\n<br>\n\n<h3>Mula pour la contraction du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n<strong>Pratique :<\/strong> S&rsquo;asseoir dans une posture confortable, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en <strong>siddha yoni asana<\/strong>. Continuez de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir un certain rythme. Respirez normalement tout au long de l&rsquo;exercice. Ensuite, lorsque vous contractez, maintenez quelques secondes (la contraction se fait uniquement sur cette zone, le reste du corps est d\u00e9tendu), puis rel\u00e2chez. Retenez votre souffle \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Gardez votre colonne vert\u00e9brale horizontale et pliez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux. Posez vos paumes de main juste au-dessus des genoux, les bras droits, de sorte \u00e0 mettre votre poids du haut du corps ici. La ceinture abdominale se contracte naturellement.
