Il agirait sur l\u2019air frontal du cerveau, aurait des vertus massantes sur les organes et am\u00e9liorerait la respiration. D\u00e9couvrez d\u00e8s maintenant sa signification et la technique pour le pratiquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kapalbhati : D\u00e9finition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mot sanskrit, \u00ab&nbsp;kapal \u00bb et \u00ab bhati \u00bb signifient respectivement \u00ab front \u00bb et \u00ab en dessous \u00bb, ce dernier mot faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux poumons. On peut alors traduire Kapal Bhati en \u00ab <em>\u00e9veil par les poumons<\/em> \u00bb. Et en effet, ce <a href=\"https:\/\/meozen.com\/fr\/yoga\/pranayama\/\">pranayama<\/a> r\u00e9veille !&nbsp;Il permettrait un \u00e9veil de la conscience plus facile, et <strong>participerait \u00e0 lutter contre la fatigue<\/strong> qu\u2019on peut parfois ressentir en se levant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une pratique dynamique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La respiration se doit d\u2019\u00eatre rapide et rythm\u00e9e. Plus encore, la forme compl\u00e8te de la pratique mobilise le <strong>Maha Bandha<\/strong> (qui pour rappel, combine les trois bandhas que sont Jalandhara, Uddiyana et Moola). Pour en tirer l\u2019ensemble des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, il est donc recommand\u00e9 de savoir utiliser ces contractions avant de pratiquer ce pranayama.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color: #08c995; border-radius: 30px; padding: 5px 20px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 30px;\">\n<h4> Bon \u00e0 savoir <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.0\/svg\/1f4a1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udca1\"><\/h4>\n<p>Ce pranayama est \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un <strong>Shatkarma<\/strong> (m\u00e9thode de nettoyage yogi). Il est donc particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9 avant toute m\u00e9ditation matinale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pratiquer Kapalbhati ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 pas \u00e0 pas du pranayama Kapalbhati :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-8d5fc994-9bec-43c3-a4a1-2f01c2c61139\"><li>Sur un tapis de <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/meozen.com\/fr\/yoga\/\"   title=\"yoga\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">yoga<\/a>, <strong>asseyez-vous dans un asana confortable, avec le dos droit<\/strong>. Vous pouvez vous mettre en lotus (Padmasana), en demi-lotus (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Siddhasana\">Siddhasana<\/a>), ou sur vos talons (Vajrasana). Le tailleur peut \u00e9galement convenir si vous avez du mal avec les autres postures. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement reposer votre dos contre un mur si vous \u00e9prouvez des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 le tenir droit.<\/li><li><strong>Fermez les yeux<\/strong> et <strong>rel\u00e2chez les tensions de votre corps<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Commencez \u00e0 expirer rapidement depuis le nez<\/strong>. La pouss\u00e9e ne vient pas du nez, ni de la gorge, mais doit venir de l\u2019abdomen.<\/li><li>Vous devez constater que <strong>l\u2019inspiration doit se faire automatiquement, depuis le nez<\/strong>. En effet, entre les expirations, vous rel\u00e2chez inconsciemment vos muscles abdominaux, ce qui vous permet d\u2019inspirer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019op\u00e9ration <strong>une vingtaine \u00e0 une trentaine de fois maximum<\/strong>. Vous ne devez pas vous forcer \u00e0 le faire ; faites dans la limite de ce qui est confortable pour vous.<\/li><li>Une fois les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions termin\u00e9es, prenez une grande, profonde inspiration.<\/li><li>Expirez et <strong>videz vos poumons autant que possible<\/strong>.<\/li><li>\u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, <strong>effectuez le Maha Bandha<\/strong> (la contraction du cou, torse, p\u00e9rin\u00e9e). <strong>Retenez votre respiration autant que vous le pouvez, mais sans exc\u00e8s <\/strong>(car conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape 7, vos poumons doivent encore \u00eatre vides). Si vous ne savez pas comment faire, passez cette \u00e9tape ou demandez \u00e0 votre professeur de yoga de vous l&rsquo;enseigner.<\/li><li><strong>Rel\u00e2chez le Maha Bandha<\/strong>, <strong>relevez la t\u00eate<\/strong> et <strong>respirez lentement par le nez<\/strong>. Le fait d\u2019avoir bloqu\u00e9 votre respiration peut rendre sa reprise difficile. Dans ce cas, expirez tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement par le nez avant de reprendre une grande inspiration. Faites autant de cycles de respirations que souhait\u00e9 avant l\u2019\u00e9tape 10.<\/li><li>C\u2019est la fin du premier round.
