Le mot Nadi signifie \u00ab\u00a0canal \u00bb ou \u00ab flot \u00bb et Shodhana signifie \u00ab purification \u00bb. L\u2019objectif principal de ce pranayama est de <strong>cr\u00e9er un \u00e9quilibre dans l\u2019organisme<\/strong>. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 sa facilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s, il peut \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 par un grand nombre de personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les bienfaits de cette pratique ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les yogis le pratiquant et de r\u00e9centes recherches scientifiques (1, 2, 3), il y aurait <strong>plusieurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 cette pratique<\/strong>. Il est  en effet recommand\u00e9 de faire ce pranayama de bon matin. Voici les sept \u00e9tapes pour le r\u00e9aliser :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Asseyez-vous confortablement : sur le sol dans un asana confortable (tailleur, lotus), ou sur une chaise, pieds au sol<\/strong>. Assurez-vous que votre dos, t\u00eate et cou forment une m\u00eame ligne tout au long de la pratique. Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 garder le dos droit, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 vous adosser \u00e0 un mur.<\/li><li><strong>Fermez d\u00e9licatement les yeux.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Avec votre main droite, joignez votre index et majeur et pliez-les de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils rejoignent la paume situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la base du pouce. <\/strong>Ramenez cette main au niveau de votre nez.<\/li><li><strong>Utilisez votre pouce droit pour fermer votre narine droite.<\/strong> Expirez calmement et le plus possible par votre narine gauche pendant cinq temps, puis inspirer doucement mais compl\u00e8tement par cette m\u00eame narine pendant cinq temps.\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide de votre annulaire, fermer la narine gauche, <strong>puis r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la 4\u00e8me \u00e9tape avec la narine droite.<\/strong><\/li><li>Faites le cycle des deux \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes <strong>cinq fois d\u2019affil\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Une fois les cycles r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, continuez d\u2019alterner avec une subtilit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire : <strong>utilisez votre annulaire droit pour fermer la narine gauche en m\u00eame temps que la narine droite.<\/strong> Puis rapidement, rel\u00e2chez la narine droite. Votre nez ne doit pas rester ferm\u00e9 longtemps. Alterner ces cycles entre droite et gauche cinq fois d\u2019affil\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous voici fin pr\u00eat \u00e0 effectuer ce pranayama !
