Placez vos mains sous les \u00e9paules (coudes pli\u00e9s) et les orteils contre le sol, puis poussez sur le sol avec la paume de vos mains. Vos jambes doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9coll\u00e9es du sol. Vos jambes sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pli\u00e9es et les talons peuvent toucher le sol si vous y parvenez. Regardez votre ventre et respirez trois fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce mouvement une dizaine de fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Si vous \u00eates d\u00e9butant en yoga, vous pouvez vous aider d&rsquo;une brique de yoga \u00e0 placer sous le bassin. Commencez par vous mettre sur le dos, les genoux fl\u00e9chis et pieds au sol. Puis, positionn\u00e9 sur les \u00e9paules, levez le basin. Maintenez pendant quelques secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Pour la pratiquer, allongez-vous sur le ventre, front au sol et \u00e9tendez les bras de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 en posant vos paumes de main au sol. Inspirez, puis lorsque vous expirez, soulevez la t\u00eate, les jambes et le haut du torse pour les d\u00e9coller du sol. Enfin, soulevez peu \u00e0 peu vos bras du sol&nbsp;et regardez devant vous. Si vous perdez l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, vous pouvez garder les mains au sol. Restez ainsi durant plusieurs respirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. On se positionne devant le mur et on cr\u00e9e un angle droit. Les pieds bien \u00e0 plat contre le sol et les mains \u00e0 plat contre le mur. On aligne les \u00e9paules et le bassin, et on garde le dos droit. Restez ainsi durant plusieurs respirations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Pour cela, on se place \u00e0 genoux sur le tapis et on pose les fesses sur ses talons. Les genoux ne se touchent pas, \u00e9cartez-les \u00e0 la m\u00eame largeur que vos hanches. Inspirez et tendez vos mains le plus loin devant vous. Descendez le bas du corps vers le sol, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire que votre ventre se colle \u00e0 vos cuisses et votre front touche le sol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, vous pouvez soit poser vos mains vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re des pieds (paumes vers le ciel), soit \u00e9tirer vos mains vers l&rsquo;avant (paume pos\u00e9e au sol). Cette deuxi\u00e8me posture qui est une variante \u00e9tire le haut du corps et permet de travailler aussi les \u00e9paules.
